We protect your information using physical, electronic, and procedural protections.  Access to personal information is restricted to those who require us to execute our  programs and services. The LFSA does not sell or rent donor names or information to  any firm or non-profit organization. We will not share your information with any  organization for marketing or fundraising purposes. This protection applies automatically 
to all clients and donors. If required, we will share information collected with  government agencies, regulatory agencies, and law enforcement.
We take precautions to protect your information. For example, when you submit  sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and  offline.

We work to secure our systems from unauthorized access and maintain your online  visit's security. Firewall barriers, encryption techniques, and authentication procedures  maintain the security of your online visit and protect systems from unauthorized access.  In addition, we may collect information about you through event registrations, inquiry  forms, and technical and/or navigational information when visiting our website. We may 
use this information to improve our website experience through website design,  functionality, and personalization. In addition, we use cookies and similar technologies to  support the operation of the website.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is  encrypted and securely transmitted to us. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or looking for "https" at the beginning of the  address of the web page.

For example, only employees who need the information  to perform a specific job (billing or customer service) are granted access to personally  identifiable information. In addition, the computers in which we store personally  identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Printed Privacy Concerns Notice
Marlene's Kaleidoscope will annually provide in written appeals a check-off box for new  and continuing donors to inform the Foundation if they do not want their name and address shared outside the Foundation.
